wii-tarded part 2

We made the trip to Best Buy to get the rest of the accessories that we needed to complete our Wii ensemble; two classic controllers and a nun chuck controller. Unfortunately, Best Buy didn’t have any nun chuck controllers, so after purchasing the classic controllers, we headed next door to Toys-R-Us.

The electronics department was tucked away in a corner. It almost seemed like an afterthought. My spirits were dwindling…if Best Buy didn’t have it, what were the chances Toys-R-Us would? There was a small Wii section. They had a nun chuck controller. There was a large family blocking the aisle between us and the cashier, so we went around and down a different aisle….and there IT was.

Guitar Hero 3 on the Wii was sitting there, staring back at us. We had played a little bit over Christmas on a PS2 and thought it was great fun. It’s better on the Wii because the guitars are wireless. We quickly discussed the situation. Laura would buy the nun chuck and I would buy Guitar Hero.

We went home, set up the Wii and unpacked everything. I woke up this morning with a sore shoulder 🙂

Not only am I wii-tarded, I’m now gui-tarded as well.
