Market is really coming down. Prices have dropped a bunch since we’ve moved to So Cal. We’re stashing cash left and right hoping that this winter we might be able to scoop up a deal.

We’ll see. As much as we like being renters, being homeowners wouldn’t be that bad. I just hope that we can get in some place where we can still afford to live somewhat comfortably like we do now.

Who knows…maybe with the election and everything the bottom will fall out of the market just as we are ready to buy.

I’ll keep my fingers crossed.
